What can I brew with First Light?
First Light works with ground coffee, small capsules, and large capsules using the included 3-in-1 brewing system.
Does First Light heat the water?
Yes. Add water and First Light can heat it for extraction. You can also use pre-heated water when you want to brew sooner.
How long does brewing take?
Heating typically takes about 5–6 minutes, followed by approximately 70 seconds of extraction.
How much water does First Light hold?
The water tank holds 80 mL.
How do I charge First Light?
First Light charges by USB-C. The charging input is 5V/2A.
Where is First Light manufactured?
First Light is manufactured in China and fulfilled through North Ember’s fulfillment partners.
What comes in the box?
First Light includes the portable espresso maker, ground-coffee adapter, capsule brewing components, coffee spoon, USB-C charging cable, storage bag, user manual, and retail box.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders typically arrive within approximately 10–20 business days after shipment. Tracking is provided once it becomes available.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused and in its original condition with the original packaging and accessories.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact North Ember as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order enters fulfillment or ships, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
