At North Ember, we work to get your order moving as quickly as possible while providing tracking from shipment to delivery.

Shipping Rates

Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Orders under $70 are charged the standard shipping rate shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

Standard orders typically arrive within approximately 10–20 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used during checkout. Tracking can also be viewed through your order status page.

Please allow some time after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to begin showing movement.

Fulfillment

North Ember works with fulfillment partners to ship orders directly to customers. Orders may ship from an international fulfillment location depending on product availability and destination.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delays or Delivery Issues

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.
